For best results, dampen the coat slightly before application, or apply after washing when the coat is approximately three-quarters dry. Sprinkle the product evenly over the coat, then gently rub it in by hand, working in the natural direction of the hair. Allow the coat to continue drying. When it is nearly dry, comb thoroughly to remove any excess product, then finish by brushing the coat as usual. For optimal appearance and conditioning, begin using the product several days before a show. This allows the coat time to achieve the best overall texture and finish prior to grooming and presentation.
